Quotes: Are valid for a period of ten days unless otherwise stated
Custom Orders: BO-JO'S Variety Shoppe urges persons submitting DIMENSIONS OR
DRAWINGS for fabrication, TO make their own determination as to the designs
suitability for their particular application. BO-JO'S is not responsible for any
problems arising from inadequate designs submitted by the customer to us for
fabrication.
Shipping and Delivery: Priority Mail 0r United Parcel Service will be used
whenever possible. A handling fee is added to freight charge to cover box and
packaging material.
Volume Orders: NO large quantity/commercial orders can be accepted.
Product Specifications: Dimensions are functional and intended to represent
general characteristics of the products. BO-JO'S will not be responsible for
tolerance variation on material thicknesses.
Damaged Shipment: We take every precaution to insure safe arrival, but our
responsibility ends when shipment is turned over to the carrier (USPS, UPS). If a shipment is damaged when you receive it, insist on a damaged
notation on the freight bill by the delivery person BEFORE you accept the
shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must
be done prior to filling a damage claim.
Return Policy: Unless our error, stock items may not be returned without our
written permission. Please call us for a Return Authorization. Your shipment may
be refused if an authorization has not been obtained. Any authorized merchandise
must be carefully packed and in salable condition to be accepted for return. All
returned merchandise must be shipped insured and Postage prepaid. All claims
must be made 15 days from date of invoice.
Company Policy: All display cases, cabinets, and etc. are brand new, manufactured by BO-JO'S Variety Shoppe and inspected before shipping.
Shipping: We ship UPS ground
to street addresses in the 48 Continental states only. (no PO Boxes) All
others are shipped USPS. Acrylic cases we ship are insured with the shipper.
Sales Tax is included for Oklahoma residents only. Our products are fragile to
ship so more care is needed in preparing a case to ship. We normally allow for
3" of packing on all sides causing the package to be much larger than the
display case. For that reason, even though a case may only weigh 8 or 9 pounds
shippers
may charge us for a over size balloon USPS term) package because of the larger size
or weight. Because we
make many different sizes, many times selling maybe only one a year, we
must many times make our own shipping boxes thus increasing the cost of
shipping.
We make no profit on shipping and only cover the shipping material cost.
