The bottom line at BO-JO'S is that we do use the information that we get from your visit to our web site. The internal tracking does afford us information such as search engine used, Keywords used, and where visitors went once in the site. What is not identified is your name, address, ISP, or any other personal information. The internal tracking then is used to further identify keywords, products visited, pages visited, Countries, Languages, Systems, Resolutions , Colors, Hours, Day of the week, Number of visitors, Revisits and the referrers thus helping us determined what our customers are seeking, making the site easier to locate in the vast world of the Internet and the pages more user friendly. SHOPPING CART (added 02/09/08)
If you use our Shopping Cart all the submitted information such as name, addresses etc. that has been typed into the order form plus the ISP Number is available to the company for purpose of billing and shipment. Once the shipment has been satisfactory completed the customer's information is maintained in our records off-line for the purpose of company taxes without the card number. Once the period has expired that these records must be maintained by law, the records are destroyed. No information is sold to third parties or is the information use by this company to establish any kind of Database for the purpose on emailing advertisements etc.
Credit Card information enter into the Shopping Cart, a stand alone program meaning it is not a part of the website, is transmitted to a secured vault by the way of an encrypted SSL. Only one person is qualified to obtain this information using special passwords. The full name of the Card holder is also made known as required by processing centers. During the process of packaging orders the card information is removed from the shopping cart vault by using the special passwords and transmitted by SSL encrypted to a computer, within the company with firewall protection, and the information is printed. The shopping cart card information is then destroyed. When ready to shipped the card information is entered into POS (point of Sale) terminal by the same person authorized to obtain such information from the shopping cart. Upon completion of the billing the hardcopy sheet is shredded.
Credit Card information is maintain for billing only and is not included in any of our databases off the computer. Credit Card numbers are required with each order as we have no way of recovering or researching credit card numbers for repeat customers. After billing, all information pertaining to credit cards is shredded and any information required to be maintain by the card processors, is shredded after the required date for records has expired. Customers requesting allowances for set ordering, as such, the Card information is held in a locked cabinet with only one person authorized to process the information ( the same person authorized to enter the shopping cart). On completion the card information is shredded.

Information entered on the form provided in our Mailing List Page is used for express purposes cited on the page and no other email will be provided. WE DO NOT CONDOM SPAMING. NO information on the form is given or sold to third parties.
CREDIT FRAUD PREVENTION (ADDED 06-10-03)
With credit card fraud on the increase we have programmed a State of the Art processing affording the latest in security technology, and other checks to insure the validity of cards presented for payments, thus protecting the true card holder, BO-JO'S, and other innocent parties. In order to insure card validity an additional entry is required in the processing commonly refer to as "CVV2". This information is transmitted thru secured methods and is handled the same as the Credit Card information. To further satisfy Credit Card Companies we will use Signature Confirmation thru the USPS.
